Pistol Shotgun
What are the Requirements in purchasing a pistol & a shotgun & obtaining a CCW License in California?
Mainly in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco & Oakland.
Is it hard to obtain a CCW license in those cities, even if my good cause is for employment, for example Bounty Hunting?
In California the only way to get a CCW is to either be a reserve police officer or have political connections.
The way the law is written there is no requirement that a CCW ever be issued no matter how obvious and reasonable the need.
In fact – 40% of the people who applied for and were denied a CCW in the county of Los Angeles became the victim of a violent crime with the following two years.
